Shipping
When will I receive my order?
We want to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, but shipping times can vary due to various factors. We've provided you with each product's average shipping times on their pages. These are estimates, so please remember that they're not guaranteed. It's important to know that the shipping estimates don't include the time needed to create your unique products. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to ShopWrenee@mail.com, then we'll gladly send you a replacement at no cost.
What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. We will reach out to the shipping carrier to try and locate your lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but you think you haven't received it, unfortunately we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense or the shipping carrier's.

What happens if my package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, but you haven't received it yet, Shop Wrenée™ won't be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. However, there's a chance that the delivery person left the package in an unexpected location at your address. So, we recommend contacting the carrier to see if they left any additional details, such as "Left under the table on the back porch." If you cannot locate your package, we suggest placing a new order directly through ShopWrenee@mail.com to have it reshipped. Unfortunately, we're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers, but we're working on it and hope to be able to do so in the future!
Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?
To keep tabs on your order, you can find the tracking number in the shipping notification email that we'll send you. It's important to note that tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is printed at our facility, but it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to reflect any action. If it's been over 24 hours and the tracking still shows no action, please drop us a line at ShopWrenee@mail.com. 

Be patient with the shipping carrier, as it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days for your package to start moving, especially during the busy holiday season. On rare occasions, it can take up to 5-6 business days for a package to be initially scanned. We know that waiting can be tough, but rest assured that your package is well on its way! If you still don't see any movement after six business days, just let us know, and we'll investigate.
